This site belongs to Andy Lisicyn (contact: hi@andylisicyn.com). It explains what happens to the details you send through the scan request form.

What is collected

Only what you type into the form: your email, the link to your store or brand, the problems you tick, any text you add, your team size, orders per day and the kind of request. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.

Why

To prepare your free scan or audit and to reply to you. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing, or added to mailing lists.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored on a server in the EU (Hetzner, Finland). A short notice about each new request is sent to the owner through Telegram. Replies are sent from hi@andylisicyn.com.

How long

Requests are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. You can ask for your request to be deleted earlier, or for a copy of what is stored, by writing to hi@andylisicyn.com.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or complain to your local data protection authority.
