Custom automation for online sellers

Your own operations system, built around how your team works.

Not another subscription. I build the software that runs your store's routine work, from stock and payouts to reviews and forecasts. Your team handles more orders without more people, and you see where to grow next.

Why custom

An app is built for thousands of stores. Your system is built for one.

Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way, and marketplace tools stop at their own walls. A custom system works your way, across every channel you sell on.

Rented tools

What most stores end up with

Each covers part of the job. The gaps are filled by hand.
They don't share data, so nobody sees the whole picture.
Fees grow with your orders and your team.

All your data in one place, owned by you.
No per-seat fees. It grows with you at no extra cost.

Your rules

Your approval limits, your bundle logic, your report layout. It works the way you decided.

Beyond the platform

If a person can do it in a seller dashboard, the system can too, even with no official integration.

Yours to keep

The code and the data belong to you. No lock-in, no vendor that can change the terms.

Changes with you

New channel, new warehouse, new team member: the system is updated to match.

What I automate

Find your headache. Here is what runs instead.

Twenty common jobs, grouped by area. Most stores start with the one that costs them most and add the rest over time.

Stock, orders and suppliers that run themselves.

AI and security

AI only where it pays off. Security before everything.

AI is a tool, not the goal. It goes where it saves time or makes money, and plain rules do the rest.

Where AI earns its place

Reading what people writeCustomer messages, reviews, supplier emails, sorted and answered.

ForecastingDemand and stock models, tested on your past data before anyone relies on them.

Finding opportunitiesPatterns in sales, searches and competitors that a person would miss.

Not where a rule is enoughStock sync and payout matching run on exact logic, so they behave the same way every time.

Security comes first

Minimum accessAPI keys and staff accounts with only the permissions needed. Never your main password.

Your data stays privateAI providers that don't train on your data, or models on your own server.

Approvals and a full logAnything touching money or customers above your limit waits for you. Every action is recorded.

Your team trainedA short training on using AI safely: what to share, what not to, and how to check its work.

How it works

One problem, one working system, in 1–3 weeks.

A fixed price agreed in writing before any work starts. If it isn't live by the agreed date, I keep working for free until it is.

1Day 1–2

Scope in writing

What it does, what it doesn't, the go-live date. You approve before anything is built.

2Week 1–2

Built on your data

Limited access you can revoke at any time. A short written update every week.

3Before launch

Checked with you

It runs next to your manual process until the numbers match. You decide when it takes over.

4Handoff

A recorded walkthrough, plain documentation, team training and alerts if anything goes wrong.

    FAQ

    What sellers ask first.

    Something else? Write to hi@andylisicyn.com.

    Who will I work with?

With the engineer who builds your system. No account managers and no handoffs: the same person scopes it, builds it and keeps it running.

Why not just buy an app?

Apps are made for the average store. If one fits you, use it. A custom system makes sense when apps leave gaps you fill by hand, don't talk to each other, or charge more as you grow.

    Will I need fewer people?

Usually you need fewer new hires as you grow. The routine moves to the system, and your team spends its time on suppliers, product and customers who need a person.

    Do you need my passwords?

No. I use API keys or a staff account with only the permissions the job needs. You can revoke them at any time.

Will AI touch my money or my books?

Only within limits you set. Refunds, price changes and bookkeeping entries above your limit wait for your approval, and every action is logged.

    What if it breaks?

Every system is monitored. When a run fails or a number looks wrong, I get an alert and fix it. On a care plan, fixes are included.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep the system, the code and the data. Any developer can pick it up from the documentation.

    Do we need a call?

No. The scan, the audit, the scope and the weekly updates all happen in writing. For a bigger project we can add a short call if you like.

I look at your store from the outside: channels, stock, prices, reviews and listings. Together with what you tell me in the form, that's enough to show what to automate first and what it would save. No call, no obligation.
